DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER – CRM
To act as an interface between the Customers, Engineering and Sales department of the Company.
Generation of demand letters and collection of payments.
Arranging and assisting in identification of Housing Finance Companies and documentation.
Preparing Agreement for Sale.
Arranging the stamping and registration for customers.
Maintain regular communication with the customers with regards to progress of construction work, customization of flats, and possession of flats in coordination with the Sales Department.
Raise invoice for customization and coordinate with back office team for handover of flats.
To handle and resolve interim customer complaints.
Develop feedback procedure for complaints redressal.
Keeping a record of nature of complaints, unresolved complaints and course of action taken etc.
Update MIS, generate reports.
Reporting to Head CRM.
Location – Corporate Office, BKC – Mumbai
Candidate with Minimum 12 to 15 years of experience in Real Estate CRM.
Candidate should be strong in Process, Customer Relations.
Candidate should be a good communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
